If you need to delete one or more tasks from an active workflow navigate to the RightFlows > Workflows tab, and click into that client's workflow. Identify and click into the step with the tasks you wish to delete, and check the boxes to the left of each task. Rather than clicking Complete, click Delete to fully remove those tasks from the workflow:
